Las Posas Country Club: Practice Area A new chipping and pitching area, along with a sand trap, has been completed. It's the fenced off area to the right (south) of the driving range; it opened for play on 2 April 2002. The driving range, adjacent to the first hole, is shown in the last picture below. The practice area at Las Posas is one of the best in Ventura County.
